Information about purchasing, shipping, and returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship insured to Spain, the EU, and the USA. Typical timelines are 5–10 business days within the EU and 10–20 business days to the USA, depending on destination and customs.
Does it include a certificate of authenticity?
Every original work includes a signed certificate with title, year, technique, and piece details.
Can I return the work?
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return if the piece does not match what was agreed. The work must be returned in the same condition and packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or card payment link. For reserved works, we agree on a partial payment schedule.
Do you offer framing?
I can recommend trusted framers in Spain or the USA. Framing is not included unless explicitly agreed.
How do customs and taxes work?
For international shipments, especially between Miami and Spain, import taxes are the buyer's responsibility according to the destination country. I provide documentation for customs clearance.
